Some Excel files show the sync icon, but I can't find them when I visit my account online.
I am unable to find some excel files in drop box. its very important for me.....
the files i am having issue is havind some sync symbol pls check

As a first step, would you mind checking the Dropbox desktop app's syncing status, and let me know what it reports?
How long has this been an issue? Also if I understand it correctly, it sounds like you can't locate your file when you visit your Dropbox account online, right?
