That didn't work for some reason
I am an editor for our company dropbox files. I get a digest email from dropbox. When I try to open a link from the email I get this error. I have tried multiple browsers, signing in, appending &dl=1 to the file path. I'm still getting the error. I'm using Windows 11 on a Microsoft Surface.

Hey brucechristy1 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let us know if this is a shared link that you have or if you can only access it via the digest email? Are other people accessing the same link having issues with you or are you the only one impacted?
Also, are you using an individual account or are you part of a team account?
If you could also include a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, I'd appreciate it.
