The Dropbox Backup feature is not complete

According to the description, Backup "that your content is safe and recoverable it if things go wrong". Recovery was never actually finished when building out this product. 1. .zip's error happens ...

      Hey Walter

      Is there any other method of getting around the zip file problem when downloading files?

       

      Could your team just move the files into Dropbox proper, and I could sync them locally?

      Or would they copy to a drive if I mailed it?

        Hi dgallant, currently there isn't any workaround regarding the zip, nor is it possible to move it into the normal Dropbox syncing service. There isn't any option to mail a drive to Dropbox either.
