I found the issue. In the page styles, the table layout is set to "fixed." If I disable that, it looks normal. Perhaps the developers can remove that or override it for Windows 10.

Is it possible that your browser is perhaps zoomed in on the Windows computer?

Both browsers are set to the same zoom setting. Both machines have the newest browser updates. Potentially I could have some system thing on windows that is scaling things but everything else seems the same.

I found a system scale setting that I reset and now the page is fine. Woot. Thanks.
