Hi Daphne , I tried to reply to your E-Mail with my E-Mail-App (iOS) but it came back after a few days because it couldn’t be delivered.
Here’s what I wrote to you:

I am using an iPad Pro 2020 with iPad OS 13.5 an an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.5.1, both devices have the issue.
My iPhone did not have the issue though, before I updated it from iOS 12.4 to 13.5.1, suggesting some incompatibilities between iOS 13.5.x and the iOS file manager app.
