Transfer file link sent to me won't open as it's giving me an error

Someone sent me a dropbox transfer file link, and supposedly my email is listed on the team, but when I click on the link, it says "Error, we can't find the page you're looking for".  Everyone else o...

Could you walk me through the exact steps you take to open this link and let me know if you get any different results after clearing your browser's cache, or on another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running?
