Someone sent me a File Transfer, but it won't load.
I received a dropbox transfer link from my photographer for my wedding pics but when I click "download" it just opens a link to the website but it stays loading. I haven't been able to see the pics or download them. I've also tried on 3 different devices, my phone, my mac and my work computer. This is what it looks like and they just simply don't load. Can someone help?
Transfer file link sent to me won't open as it's giving me an error
Someone sent me a dropbox transfer file link, and supposedly my email is listed on the team, but when I click on the link, it says "Error, we can't find the page you're looking for". Everyone else on the team can seem to open it just fine but me. Why might this be?
Network error downloading large files with Dropbox Transfer
I received a "protected" link with a few files from a client. I'm required to sign in to access large documents. However, upon signing in (with the correct credentials), the following message is displayed: Network Error! Please verify your information and try again How do I fix this? I've tried multiple browsers (including in private/incognito modes), cleared cache and history, closed all extensions, turned on and off VPNs, changed my password but nothing works.
Why are my Dropbox Transfers showing as viewed?
This should be a simple solution but hard to find an aswer, here is my scenario: I send a test file "mskeys.txt", I put in my email address which is my companys email. I do not send this file to anyone, I do not share this file to any one. Here is my question, why is it that it reads 16 views, and 2 dowloads? I also tested this scenario with someone else and they had the same results, on a diffrent account, diffrent PC, diffrent email..whos viewing my file and who is dowloading my files?I can't download files I received from a large Dropbox transfer link.
Hey, I received a very large dropbox transfer link and every time I try to download it, it gets stuck on the loading screen forever. I cleared the cookies and history, tried different browsers, different wifi, no solution. Any tips?When using Dropbox Transfer the play audio doesn't work.
There is other way I could report a bug (I have a free account), so I'm doing it here. When I'm sharing an audio file using Dropbox Transfer, there is no way I can hit the play button, because there is a cookie preferences icon just next to it. The button is visible, but not clickable. If I use developer tools in the browser and remove the iframe with the cookie preferences icon, the play button works as it should. Dropbox transfer downloads are constantly failing for uploads up to 100gbs
Hello, I'm new to Dropbox Transfer. I've uploaded several files of sizes anywhere between 40gb to 100gb. I want to send these files to a friend who is attempting to download these files. I gave my friend one of the downloads which is about 50gb and he's attempted to download it 7 times today, each time failing to download. The furthest he got was half way download and then it failed. Is there any way to download files without failure? What might be the cause of the download failing every time? Is there a way to continue a download from where it last failed? Edit: For now, I'm attempting to reduce the download size to 20gb or less and seeing if that changes anything for usAliases of shared files stored on Dropbox not listed on Adobe Acrobat
In Dropbox, I have created aliases of several frequently-used files. I stick an asterisk * in front of the aliases' file names, so they show up at the top when appearing in alphabetical order. (Tthe mother node file is a book title that starts with 'W' and so it's way down a huge long list of files.) In Acrobat, which has Dropbox (Personal) fil storage added, *none* of my alias file names show up. Hopefully this isn't normal! Any suggestions? Details: MacBook Air M3 running Acrobat Pro 2024.001.20643, MacOS Sonoma 14.3 iMac M1 running Acrobat Pro v2024.001.20615, MacOS Sonoma 14.2.1 Air & iMac are both running Dropbox v196.4.6900 Thanks in advance!
