Unable to download multiple files to Mac desktop
Please would you kindly confirm the steps to download multiple files to Mac desktop? I can only download one file at a time even though all files have been selected. Thank you.

6 months agoHow are you trying to download? If its via the website you tick the files at the left side (mouse over a name and the box will appear, or, click the one at the top) and then hit the "Download" button. It will put them all in a Zip file.

Mark Thank you that's helpful.
On further thoughts, as there are alot of files, I thought that instead of downloading, I should sync the folder to Finder instead. I followed the online the instructions stating goto: Dropbox website> Click avatar>Click Preferences>Click the Sync tab. The problem is that I see Preferences but there is no Sync tab. Please would you clarify?

Have you installed Dropbox on to your machine first?
http://www.dropbox.com/downloading will do that for you. That will then sync all of the Dropbox you see online in to a \Dropbox directory on your machine.
