I still haven't been able to find a solution to this. I am uploading files from my phone directly to Dropbox via the Dropbox mobile app as suggested by a Dropbox staff member Jay. It doesn't matter which phone I'm using - Samsung or Google Pixel. This is a frustrating problem.

10 months agoThank you for the update jules_moradi - I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue.
To clarify, when you upload files directly via the Dropbox mobile app, are you using the (+) button or the automatic camera uploads feature? Additionally, does the issue persist if you upload the files via a web browser instead?
I'd also appreciate it if you could provide the current OS version of your device and the version of the Dropbox mobile app you're using.
Any additional information is more than welcome.
