All my folders suddenly disappeared from my Dropbox account
Hi,
Suddenly I have all my folders and subfolders that have disappeared from my Dropbox.
I don't share this Dropbox with any one.
I haven't found anything relating trace of deletion of files....

Would you have an idea what to do to get it work again with my Chrome browser in a normal mode?
Clear your browser's cache/browsing history.

1 year agoHi there KafS - sorry to hear about your missing files.
If you've ensured that you're logged into the correct account, could you have a look at your events page and let me know if you see any signs of the files there?
Thanks!

When is the last time you remember seeing them on the website KafS?
Do you happen to have more than one email addresses perhaps?

Does Events show up the addition of the files?

I would say the last file I have imported on my Dropbox should be the last week the 7th of july and the content of my Dropbox was OK.
I don't think I have more than one email addresses for this dropbox.
