All my folders suddenly disappeared from my Dropbox account
Hi,
Suddenly I have all my folders and subfolders that have disappeared from my Dropbox.
I don't share this Dropbox with any one.
I haven't found anything relating trace of deletion of files....

Would you have an idea what to do to get it work again with my Chrome browser in a normal mode?

www.dropbox.com/events shows no access and additions
The only events it shows is:
KSVous avez ajouté l’application Dropbox.8/7/2024 17:35USL’ordinateur AB-DELL-F2 a été associé à votre compte.8/7/2024 17:31To try to face this problem, 2 days ago I have installed Dropbox on my computer hoping that I get a copy of all the content of my dropbox but only the basic root pdf file have been synchronized.

Hey KafS, I just wanted to clarify that a Dropbox account can only be associated with one email address.
However, if there are no events in your events page and no files in your deleted files page, I'd suggest searching your other email accounts, to see if you can find any emails from Dropbox.
This way, you'll find out if the account with all your files is under a different address.

Let me tel you that I am quit sure that I'am using the right email.
Another important information is that when I'm connecting to the dropbox web site containing my folders I can see clearly the tree view of my forlders on the left side. But when I clic on any one of them there are all empty.
I can send you a screen shot I that could help.
