2 months agoHey there rebeccaraposo thanks for reaching out and for clearly explaining the situation. I can definitely understand how frustrating this is, especially after the transfer to the new cloud service did not complete as expected.
Unfortunately, upgrading your account now would not allow those files to be recovered, since file recovery depends on the plan you were on when the files were deleted and the recovery window has already passed.
