Sorry to hear about your photos, ScottPhoto.
I'm afraid that even if you upgraded your account, you wouldn't be able to restore the photos, if they were deleted more than 30 days ago.
How long ago were they deleted?

We can actually only email you to the address associated with your Community profile, which can be found here.
I can see that it's a different one; is the file missing from the account you're reaching out from or a different one, under the address you gave me above?
