Can I restore my account's folder structure to a previous point in time?

I had a message that some files where deleted like 40.000 files I found the as deleted files and restored them now all is one big mess in my setup for like 12 years are gone - is there any place I can set my set up like for 5 days and get my file structure/ maps right again
