Cannot delete account, when I try to delete the account it just download a file called post_delete.

Anyone know what to do?

    Hey deleteme2, welcome to our Community!

     

    Out of curiosity, have you tried deleting your account through a different browser too? I'd like for us to see if the behavior remains the same there.

     

    You could also try an incognito tab, without any extensions running there.

     

    Keep me posted once you have more updates!

    Hey eokeef, sorry to hear about that! 

    Would you mind trying through an incognito tab too? Also, do you use a free, Basic account

    If the incognito doesn't work, I'd be happy to reach out via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.

    hi, im experiencing the same issue. i tried everything: safari, chrome, incognito mode in both.
