What's the name of this folder you're trying to delete?
Does it have a special folder icon on the Dropbox site, like a building or Windows logo?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Leonidas1994, how are you today?
Are you still a member of that shared folder? If you go to your Dropbox account online, can you access the folder there?
If so, you can remove your access to the folder and if your desktop is syncing properly with your account, the folder should be removed automatically.

Hi Leonidas1994, that appears to be a system restore folder, or at least a copy of one. If so, then it means it needs access from the original administrator of that machine it was transferred from.
Could you try these steps to change the permissions on the folder to then delete it?
