Can't select section to comment on
Hi everybody,
I have encountered a problem where, if I try to use the "Comment in a section" feature, it behaves strangely. It lets me drag the rectangle, but I cannot go further. It's like as if I keep the Mouse button clicked (like a rectangle selection in Photoshop, for example) when I'm not.
I have asked my co-workers to check if it's just me, they have the same problem.
Is this solvable somehow?
Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @Tobias Meier, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Have you tested this on different browsers, or even via incognito window?
Out of curiosity, are you and your co-workers part of a Business team and you're all having this issue, or is it happening individually for each one of your personal Dropbox accounts?
Let me know.

I am also having the same problem!
I tried uploading a smaller file with single pages instead of spreads (it's a catalog)
I tried using Edge instead of Chrome
I tried it on multiple computers
My client is also having the same issues

I am having this same issue on a business account at 6 different users. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

This problem persists regardless of browser (Chrome and Safari). Incognito mode does not change the behavior. Major problem for our org as we are on a deadline.

I have tried the feature just now and it works perfectly!
Thank you very much!

P.S.: Just to reply to the previous question about the browser and subscription type: me and my co-workers all are in the same Business subscription and we are all using the latest version of Chrome.

Great news, thanks Tobias Meier for clarifying as well.
