Converting XLSB excel file to XLSX file

There is an Excel file with XLSB format in Dropbox folder, edited and saved on a Daily Basis  . But  for other works , i need that excel in XLSX format like integrating with power query, power bi etc. Any suggestions , what possible options I have available to automate this type conversion process , every time the  file is saved and closed?

    Dropbox doesnt have this as a feature I dont believe. You'd need to use some other sort of tool to do it
