Deleting a Signature Request
How do I delete a signature request that is still pending and no has signed the document? I already deleted the uploaded document but it still shows the signature requests as pending. The ellipsis ...

Could you confirm that you're trying to Cancel the signature requewst while logged into the Dropbox Sign page?

I actually found a different way to delete the signature request by clicking on the emailed message to sign the document, and it sent me to a different page where the ellipsis provided a "cancel request" option.
However, when logging in to the Dropbox account and going to Pending Signature Requests, the ellipsis does not give you the "cancel request" option.

On another related note, after cancelling the signature request, the number of signatures allowed does not decrease. I am limited to 3 per month.

How many 'signatures allowed' do you have currently?
Could you attach a screenshot showing the options you get from the ellipsis?
