Dropbox Badge doesn't show who's working on our shared documents

Hi Everyone,    I'm having an issue where my coworkers cannot see when I'm in a document and I cannot see when others are in it. There seems to be a problem with my badge notification but setting...

Hi, 

 

Yes, I have tried that. I've had this issue the whole time I've been at my company, since my DropBox account was created. The version of my DB is v193.45594
