I got an email saying I deleted many files, but I don't think I did such a thing.
I keep getting emails that say things like: "You recently deleted 69368 files from your Dropbox account. If you want these files back, you can still restore them until 7/10/2025. After that, they’ll be permanently deleted." I don't think I've been deleting files, so I don't know what this is about. Also, when I looked in Dropbox under the "Deleted Files" tab, nothing is in there. Please help, as I don't want my files to disappear.
How can I permanently disable the "delete for everyone" prompt?
How can I permanently disable this "delete for everyone" prompt? I have to delete old files daily for work, and this message is a major hindrance. It doesn't happen if I take the time to sync the file to my hard drive, but that is a ridiculous workaround when I'm trying to completely delete a file. This needs a "don't remind me again" option. Am I missing some way to turn this off?

Hello, Is there a way to change whom alerts go to in regards to things like adding and deleting accounts? Ideally we should have control that we can have certain types of alerts reach only certain folks depending on their job role in the organization. For instance, currently our executive team from all departments receives notifications of folks being on-boarded and/or off-boarded. This leads to questions at times that are best handled by a certain role in the organization rather than a team email blast. Thanks
I'm getting a deletion warning on the desktop app, after setting up Dropbox Backup
I elected to use Dropbox Back up. In the process of getting my files uploaded I received the following message": Remove "Ortiz, Vicente y Mariana Zavala Informacion Matrimonial, pg 3.jpg" and 736 other items from your Dropbox account and all devices? If you move these items to "Downloads", they won't be available in Dropbox or on any devices. Then it offers the options 1. Cancel and 2. Move out of Dropbox. What does this mean???? Will I be losing these files? It sounds to me that either choice means that I will never see these files again.
Dropbox Badge doesn't show who's working on our shared documents
Hi Everyone, I'm having an issue where my coworkers cannot see when I'm in a document and I cannot see when others are in it. There seems to be a problem with my badge notification but settings says it's 'on'. Is anyone able to help me troubleshoot? Thanks!
