Dropbox photos and files gone after changing hard drive

I recently got a new hard drive installed on my laptop. I have just logged into dropbox online and everything is gone! no files or folders, at least 15 years worth disappeared?? i thought that everything would be in dropbox online, but nothing in deleted file, nothing in history

is this related to the new hard drive? Can anyone help?

I am on a paid plan with dropbox

Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account? Do you see any activity on your Events page?
