Megan The only concern that I have is that I would not want to disable the warning for if we do a manual delete since this is a great way to catch a mistake. It is just when we want to do things with automation.

The only way to disable that prompt is with the "Don't ask me this again" option you see in the message, but that will disable it entirely. There's no way to disable it only when you're using VBA to delete the files.

Is there a way to re-enable to prompt once we finish (even if it is a manual re-enable)

Open Dropbox Preferences and go to the Account tab. Hold the ALT key and you'll see some hidden options appear. Click the button that says Reset File System Warning options.
