Files are being deleted on their own and it's been happening for some time now
i am not deleting the file but Files in my dropbox are automatically deleted , deleted files donot carry any name ie who deleted. There seems to be major Bug .. This is happening for past 3-4 months

It may be deleted or the Dropbox system is corrupted. I just had several thousand files deleted. That incident led me to this article.
If you are a self-delete person, you cannot delete thousands of files in many folders (not folders) at the same time.
I'm also very worried about the data now. Because the most important data, I prioritize syncing Dropbox on my computer

i have reinstalled Dropbox , i have genuine windows , antivirus etc everytime i complain , deleting stops for some time. I ave 21 GB in my account which has been earned by through referrals to others. still my account always gives me messages that 2 GB limit is over . It seems there is some bug in Dropbox which is not recognizing refrrals but in that case also deleting files is not ethical.
