Files deleted 3 months ago. Can they be restored?

Hi there,
I have a shared folder where a person deleted many files 3 months ago.
At the moment I have the basic version. Is there any chance to recover the files if I pay the premium subscription?

    Hi Kansit 

     

    Unfortunately not. Once outside of the recovery window (i.e. 30 days here) they are not recoverable. Thats the same even if you pay. 

     

    Have you asked the other party if they have copies still? They could have just moved to another directory?

    Even If we sees the deleted files in the chronology but we are at the moment able to restore the? 😞
    We are currently asking if anyone as a backup or the files on the pc.

    Yes even if you see the file in the Events list you cannot recover beyond your own limit.
