Yes I have checked my events page, all "deleted" revit files happened more than 30 days ago.
Ticket info: Ticket #22662132
There is no "archive cloud" that these deleted files go to in emergency situations like this that they can be restored from?
I have looked at similar posts and found a possible solution from Mark H.2 on this thread:
"I scoured the Dropbox help pages and found a solution after I submitted a trouble ticket.
Go to the empty folder and click on the trash can icon. It will most likely show all deleted files. Right click on the folder or file and you will see an option to "restore".
Does this empty folder still exist anywhere? This post is from 2015.
