I am currently using a package for 5 members. Currently, one of our members has a virus on his computer, so all the files in a folder were deleted, which we forgot to restore more than 2 months ago. ...

As it's been well over 30 days, and it doesn't sound like you were on a paid plan with more than 30 days of version history, then it wouldn't be possible to recover those files, unfortunately.
