How to delete file with no ellipsis??? Hover over the file or folder and click the "…" (ellipsis).
will see below the highlighted file dont have …" (ellipsis).

It looks like you're looking at your homepage's Recents section, can you navigate to the file you'd like to delete from your All files tab and delete from there?

I have the same problem and I tried your suggestion but it didn't work. I've tried disabling java script (didn't work). I've allowed pop-ups and re-direct for Dropbox.com (didn't help). I use Chrome, but I've tried other browsers (didn't help). My problem is that someone shared a huge file with me that I didn't ask for and don't want, but I cannot get rid of it! I've contacted the owner, and he doesn't even see me on the "can edit" list. What the heck is going on?
