Walter,
I meant to say I was working on my laptop at the time. I went in through an icon on my task bar. I am also running Linux but have google chrome which all my internet stuff is done through.

Since you used the desktop app (I guess you access it via the system tray on your laptop), you should be able to move it back to wherever it was originally.
