i can’t access all my photos
I created a vault on the weekend and clicked to move all my folders and photos too it. now when i open photos only a handful show over a few years. Please help!!! where are they??

Ok I think I have found the files - in the events section under the date I was doing it, Scrolling through and numerous lines of deleted images etc. I have now started to restore them. thank goodness

3 years agoThanks, amilford, but just as a clarification, by vault, you're referring to the Dropbox Vault feature, right?
Have you checked your all files page again, to see if perhaps the move didn't complete successfully and the files just went back to their locations?

Is there someone I can talk to over the phone? I am searching everywhere. I am really concerned I have lost all my years of photos and memories of my children. This was my backup place. I don't understand where they have gone.
