I can't find the photos I had previously uploaded to Dropbox from my phone

om mijn foto's niet kwijt te raken of mijn telefoon te vol te krijgen heb ik veel op dropbox gezet. Ik ben nu op zoek naar een bepaalde foto en nu is Dropbox helemaal veranderd en mijn opgeslagen fot...

Het spijt me dit te horen, Clau275. Laten we eens kijken.

 

Kun je verduidelijken wanneer je deze foto's voor het laatst op www.dropbox.com hebt gezien?

 

Heb je ze handmatig geüpload of via camera-uploads?

 

Is het mogelijk dat je een tweede Dropbox-account hebt (onder een ander e-mailadres) waar deze foto's zijn opgeslagen?

Can you clarify when was the last time you were able to see these photos on www.dropbox.com? 

 

Did you upload them manually or via camera uploads? 

 

Is it possible you have a second Dropbox account (under a different email address) where these photos are saved?

    Ik weet niet meer precies wanneer. Ik had op 2 mail adressen staan en toen heeft een medewerker het allemaal op 1 gezet. Andere adres was [removed per Community Guidelines] deze wordt niet meer herkend door dropbox

    I don't remember exactly when. I had 2 email addresses and then an employee set it all to 1. Other address was [removed per Community Guidelines] this is no longer recognized by dropbox

      Krijg je misschien een foutmelding dat het e-mailadres is gekoppeld aan een Dropbox-account dat is uitgeschakeld? Weet u nog wanneer u voor het laatst toegang heeft gehad tot dat account?

       

      Tenslotte: heb je deze foto's nog steeds op je originele telefoon of heb je ergens anders een back-up gemaakt, buiten Dropbox?

      Are you perhaps receiving an error that the email address is linked to a Dropbox account that’s been disabled? Do you remember when was the last time you accessed that account? 

       

      Finally, do you still have these photos on your original phone or backed up somewhere else, outside of Dropbox?

        nee, dropbox was mijn back-up
