I can't open some Excel files on the Dropbox app of my 10.15.7 macOS Catalina.
I cannot open certain Excel files I have on Dropbox. It's possible this has something to do with the fact that my Mac is more than 10 years old and is no longer supported. I am running Mac OS Catalin...

One more thing Iâd like to ask you; if you quit the Dropbox app and then open one of your Excel files, do you still experience the same behavior? If yes, then it means this isnât caused by Dropbox indeed.

No, this only happens with two files (so far) on Dropbox. Nevertheless, I still think the problem is either the version of Excel I have on the Mac or the Mac operating system itself. I plan to replace the computer this month so I'll be able to tell after that. I'll save this email and let you know what happens.
