I lost my pictures and videos when reinstalling the Dropbox mobile app
I had 3700+ pics/videos in my dropbox. I was having slow phone issues so decided I would transfer (all) data from phone to a USB drive, reset all settings on phone then reinstall saved info on USB to...
- 2 years agoAfter hours of attempting to recover my pics and videos I was finally able to accomplish by just a simple oversight. I swapped 2 numbers accidentally from my original Gmail. After the reset all settings I signed back in to dropbox with my correct Gmail which didn't allow access until I used the "wrong" gmail.

2 years agoYou should be able to just reinstall Dropbox from the App Store and log in with your username etc. and everything, as long as it uploaded, should be there.
