I lost my video, can you help me find it?

hi my video was from dropbox of skydiving dubai dating from may 2023. i didnt save it unfortunatly/ i wrote to skydive but they say that they can not help me/ maybe u can?

Can you clarify what you mean when you say "my video was from dropbox of skydiving"? Do you mean that the people shared it with you back in May, and you want to locate it? 

 

You also mentioned you didn't save it to your Dropbox account, so I'm assuming they shared it with you, but you never downloaded it to your Dropbox account, right? Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    Yes .it was from another account .the video of my jumping.I created my account only now.so there enough space for that video and photo from that day.I asked this company to find my photo and video in deleted Phil’s but they say they can’t do it.is it so?or the can but dont want?

      Hi Elena89, if the file wasn't added to your account, then there's not much that we can do. 

       

      If the content was deleted back in May, chances are they indeed can't restore it, unless they have a paid plan, with extended version history.
