I need my data back and I can't locate them in my Deleted files.
Hi, all my data has been lost. Nothing is there in deleted section. Need my data back. Please dropbox team,help me out.

When was the last time you could access your data on www.dropbox.com?
Are you 100% sure you're not logged in to a different Dropbox account than the one that contains your missing files? Are you seeing the correct email address here?
Let me know what you find.

Hi, i received an email in october 2024, that i can access files till 16th october. But, i missed the email somehow. Now, i am unable to view the files and am accessing from right email id.

Did the email mention that your Dropbox account would get deleted after the 16th of October due to inactivity?
If yes, and you can access Dropbox with the same email address now, it most likely means that the account has already been deleted and you set up a new one in its place.
In this case, I’m afraid there’s nothing that can be done. The only thing you can check is whether you have any computers where the desktop app had been previously installed; there may still be the local Dropbox folder there along with your files.
