I need to get a folder back to the way it was a week ago. How do I do that?

Today marks 7 days that I have been trying to retrieve this folder. I don't understand why this would take sooooooooooooo long. My dropbox was reset to Aug 22 but the folder I am lookig for is still gone! Please please, have tried everything! Rewind, restore, Admin restoring box to Aug 22nd. Why can't someone help me find this file? Live. I don't have time to keep checking email to see if you emailed me back with another email that is not helpful. I emailed Samual 20 hours ago.

4 months agoHey Holthouse, I definitely understand your frustration, and your need to access the folder in question.
However, please keep in mind that our specialized agents usually have an approximate 24-hour window before they can review your case along with the info you've provided, and then reply back to you.
The best course of action would be to wait for Samuel's reply, and then share any info or worries you might have with him. I'm suggesting that, since we don't have the necessary account-visibility and tools here in our Community to help with that request.
If you need anything else, give me a shout.
