No it doesnt.
There is 2 exceptions though - if you are over quota consistently they will delete files to bring you under OR you do not use the account for 12 months they will remove data for inactivity. However, both are after LOTS of warnings.

If you read the full message, or click on the notification it will tell you exactly what it is. It is either a link or a transfer of files that has an expiration date on it. That is what is expiring.
