I unsynced a folder and it now appears to have been deleted
Hi,
Some weeks ago I needed to work on my laptop, as opposed to my desktop as usual, but syncing the whole project folder was taking too long and I therefore stopped the syncing of some folders. One of this has disappeared from the project folder, i.e. nobody else can see it anymore.
ON the same day, we looked into the deleted files folder and nothing was there.
Today I added to my plan the extension that allows you to check the activity or history of the folder and it appeared that these files were deleted by me on that occasion. But still they don't appear on the deleted folder.
How is it possible that by simply pausing the syncing of one folder on one machine ends up with the folder being deleted? Why are not these files appearing in the deleted folder?

Hi Dettabo, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify the exact steps on how you stopped the syncing of those folders you mentioned?
Were those folders deleted over 30 days ago?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay,
I right click on the folder I didn't want to sync and ask to stop the syncing. The little arrow next the folder then turned grey (as opposed to blue).
This happened on the 22nd May.
I hope this helps?
Many thanks,
Benedetta
