Wow the English is very very good, well done!
As syncing stopped in April does that mean you ran out of quota? What did https://www.dropbox.com/manage/ show?
My guess is 1 of 2 things has happened:
- You ran out of quota, at which point all syncing stops. That data then never got to Dropbox because it wasn't syncing. Therefore it isn't recoverable because Dropbox never ever put it on its servers.
- Dropbox stopped running at some point, again, this means its not recoverable as Dropbox didn't get the data.
My guess is number 1 is most likely.
Does www.dropbox.com/events show anything happening to the account after April?

So should I upgrade now?
I just want to talk through phone or web mtg before I started upgrade because this is similar situation I ve lost all my data from my old PC...For info you can only get email and chat support after you pay. There is none (rightfully if we are honest) before - because, being truthful, who would then pay when the issue was resolved!

To explain a bit more as to why you can see folders this is because folders are 0 bytes.... they dont use capacity and so they DO sync because they are no space implications. BUT the content in them WONT.
