Lost all my photos after changing my email
I changed my email associated to my account, because i had no access to the last one. bur now I can’t find my photos, and with my past email there is no account associated anymore 😭 does anyone know...

3 years agoChanging or deleting an email does not cause your Dropbox account to stop working.
So, what does www.dropbox.com/events show on the other account? How long is it since you last logged in? If it was over 12 months your account/files will have been removed for inactivity

And when i try to enter to that first account, It says there is no account with that email, so i believe dropbox erased it. In my past phone, which i changed, my account with my new email was working fine, but now I don’t have anything 😞

Alejandraescalantef, just to clarify; did you update the email address of your existing Dropbox account to another one or did you create a separate Dropbox account with the new email address that you can access?
Just like Mark mentioned above, updating the email address of a Dropbox account doesn’t affect its files, since it’s still the same account. What changes is the email address that you use upon logging in.
