Lost files from many years ago

Hi Jay,

No, I was hoping there would be a work around to restoring missing files. Kinda bummed that there isn’t an option. Thank you.

Hi Carmcc01, you mentioned that you haven't used Dropbox in years. 

 

It sounds like your old account might have been deleted due to inactivity, which would then result in the content of the account also getting lost. Could that be the case?
