2 years agoDo you see any signs of the missing files in your events page VM Education?
When is the last time you remember seeing them on the website?

Hello, good morning. The last time we checked the files was last Friday. That's why we find it strange that they're suddenly not there. Can you help me resolve this?

Hey VM Education, did you edit these folders at all, or add any files in them?
And provided that you did that, did you use our website, or the desktop app?
I'm asking, because I want to understand if the changes you made synced online in the first place. One more thing: are these folders shared ones, by any chance?

The folders are not shared, nor have they been edited.
