Starred Folder Missing

Hey KRW Lawyers , thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Would you mind giving us some more info about the issue?
Is this user a member of a Dropbox Business team?
Is the folder missing from their account completely? Or are you referring to the Starred page on dropbox.com missing from their account?
Any additional info would be really helpful.

I am also missing my starred link on the left side of my home screen. I need to log out and log back in to see my starred folders on the main screen, But the starred link is still missing, When i click on a starred folder it says file does not exist. I have to manually search the name of the folder. Is there a way to get this back?

Hi Bholl, the Starred tab on the navigation bar is no longer in use.
Now you can access your Starred files by clicking on Starred button above the list of files on the right.
