Missing files after removing Capture from my Dropbox account
In January I allowed Dropbox to add Capture to my basic account.
After 22 days I cancelled Capture.

An email welcomed me to Drop Box PRO at the same time as Capture was added.
My cancellation on 2/9/24 removed me from Drop Box Pro back to Basic. What now?

2 years agoHey TelecomBirddog - sorry to jump in here, but do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours?
Also, do you remember how you had uploaded your files to your account in the first place?

I deleted this new account. Accessed the old account incognito. Files were in tact.
