Thank you for your support. I finally figured out that I must have changed my email address associated with my account. I was able to get back in.

No nothing in my deleted files. it is now showing me as basic plan and I have been paying for plus plan for several years. I had recently received a strange email from someone that stated I needed to change my payment from preloaded card to another form of payment. i am hoping this was not a hacker. I never had any problems playing with that card ever. i had to change my password to even get back into dropbox.
