Missing folders and Paper docs after migration
For many years I have used Dropbox paper. Made hundreds of folders and papers. Now I have only 10 or so in my migrated section. First of all I had no idea something was about to happen. M...

1 year agoHey Joris-Jornature - sorry to hear about your missing files.
Can you please clarify if you're referring to Dropbox Paper docs or if you noticed other files missing too?
Have you tried taking a look at the events page? It's the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged, so it should give a hint.
In any case, please keep us posted, Joris.

I’m running into this exact same issue. No email, no warning, nothing.
Suddenly I try going to a Dropbox Paper document to find a message that it was moved to Dropbox in a “Migrated” folder and how to access the new Paper Dropbox. When I try accessing the new Dropbox Paper, it shows nothing!
In my Dropbox Paper app I’m still seeing my folders that say I have X number of documents. When I got into the folder, nothing is there

Sorry to hear that, Lmstreng.
Just to confirm, if you go to the "All files" page in your Dropbox account and then open the "Migrated Paper docs" folder, are you able to see your Paper docs there?

Yes, I can see them in Dropbox but now I'm unable to:
- I'm not seeing them when I go to the "new" Dropbox Paper unless I star them. And even then none of my folders are there.
- Export all my papers to Word Documents all at once
- I can't even seem to export an individual Paper to a Word Document as it just sits on the "Preparing files for export..." window
