Moved files out of Dropbox folder
Hello all, I recently moved some of my Dropbox files from the local Dropbox folder to another folder on my computer. The files I moved disappeared and it appears I have no way to recover. Since I moved these files via the local Dropbox folder, I see now deletion history or any of the file moves in the event log. Is there a way to get Dropbox to restore or pay for rewind to recover the files?

Hey teek1972, welcome to our Community.
When you move files out of the Dropbox folder, they should be deleted from your Dropbox.
Since the deletion is not reflected in your deleted files page, you'll either still find the files in the 'all files' page, or they never actually synced to your account.
In any case, though, moving them out of the Dropbox folder, wouldn't delete them from your computer.
Have you also searched your hard drive for them? How about your trash/recycle bin?
Let me know what you find.
