Rename Failed

Renaming shared folder is failing.

I have access the the "edit" function of my shared folder.

I'm not the owner of the folder.

The folder, when shared to me, always renames with "(1)" in the end, like there is already a folder with the same name, when there is none!

When trying to rename and remove the "(1)", it does not work (neither from computer, nor from Online access) and it states "Rename failed"

I logged out (through "Security" dongle) ALL sessions and computers that were logged with the same access, but it does not fix my problem.

I also changed the password, still does not fix.

Restarted the computer, no fix.

Logged on another computer, no fix.

Could anyone help me please?

Thanks a lot!!!

Hi JetMX LGG, let me see what we can find together on this.

Have you tried changing the path of the folder?

If I were you, I'd also check my selective sync settings to make sure no folder has this particular name. Want to give it a go?

Thanks for checking. I'm waiting for your reply.
