2 years agoAs long as you deleted them less than 30 days ago, assuming that you are a free user, you can do it yourself via https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/recover-deleted-files-folders
If its over that I'm afraid it isn't possible.

I had a subscription but then I canceled it going back to free, the 30 days unluckily just past like JUST. But I bought a subscription again so can I get it back?

No, sorry.
Purchasing does not retroactive anything.
You would have needed to have the subscription at time of deletion and kept it. Once you stop paying any files over 30 days are unrecoverable.

Disappointing but thanks anyways, is there a way to contact someone who works there about it like they have some database that keeps if for even longer?
