Scroll by letter/number doesn't work with many files/folders

When I try to scroll by letter/number in a folder with less than 100 files/folders I am able to scroll down to that letter/number. In a folder I have that has over 3,000 folders, this feature does not work. I tap the letter, for example, and it takes me to the very bottom regardless of which letter I tap. Is this working as designed or is this a bug?

Hey TERRACE_87, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Do you notice this behavior only on larger folders of yours or is it affecting smaller ones too?

Can you please let us know your devices exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?

Have you tried clearing the app's cache since you first noticed this?

    Keep us posted please!

As I said it only happens on large folders. This happens on multiple phones all using the latest iOS version. Try it yourself and see. Clearing cache does nothing.

Sorry for the delay here, TERRACE_87.

If you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then you turn off the "Keep folders on top" option, does that help?

No it does not. I had that setting turned on already.

Sorry, TERRACE_87, did you mean off?

If it's on, can you turn it off?
